The work leads
No deck of adjectives. If the reel does not convince you in ninety seconds, nothing written underneath it will.
About
Thirteen years of production, and a calm way of getting it made.
Red Lens Media exists because good production is less about equipment than about the person holding it.
Brett Geel has spent thirteen years across corporate, commercial, tourism, event, documentary and wedding production, in South Africa and beyond. The range is deliberate: a tourism film borrows its pacing from documentary, a wedding borrows its discipline from live events, a corporate interview borrows years of putting nervous people at ease.
The company stays small on purpose. You brief the person who shoots your project, and that same person cuts it, so the thing you discussed is the thing you get back.
The brief changes. The standard doesn't.
How we work
No deck of adjectives. If the reel does not convince you in ninety seconds, nothing written underneath it will.
People perform better when the room is calm. That applies to a CEO on camera and to a bride at 6am equally.
You deal with the person who shoots and edits your project. Nothing gets lost in a handover.
Fixed quotes, schedules shared in advance, deliverables on the agreed date. Creativity is the fun part; reliability is what gets rebooked.
Based in South Africa, shooting nationwide, available internationally. Travel is quoted upfront, not discovered on the invoice.
